Manufacturing sector

Hey fellow viners,

Is someone here into the manufacturing sector (directly or indirectly)? One of my relatives is looking to venture into that, he is exploring various items like toys, furniture, and kitchen hardware stuff. He has also acquired a land from a shut-down factory.
