Manual Testing project in TCS pune
Hello, I want to what is the current situation for bench employees now in pune location. I was pregnant and had miscarriage so last project relesed me as I was on special meternity leave of 1 month. Now I will be joining on 1st feb but don't know I ll get project calls, I am learning automation playwright using javascript but it will take some time to be interview ready. What should I do, should I extend the leave because I am afraid RMG will ask me for resignation
Hi. Sorry to hear about your medical health. I would suggest to extend your leaves with medical proofs and in the mean time you can take care of your health and learnings.Nothing is more important than mental peace and regarding the project, you can get projects but nowadays rmg are least bothered to give projects.
Unfortunately, with the current situation tcs may lay off you if you don't get allocated very soon ,it is better to extend your leaves.
