Hi all.

I am having experience in Manual testing for 7.7 years but i wanted to shift my job but now companies are asking for automation testing. But to be frank if we are in one project in infy they cannot change ours from manual to automation. Then how we can get the handon exposure to handson. Please suggest how to overcome this and get an good job outside.

Salary is less than my experience.

Do some personal projects, it will give you some handson. not real time, but it will help you heads up. Once you get confidence, ask your manager to give opportunity or else try outside.
