Trending @Accenture; Man..How do you guys deal with this

I just joined the team and a new module was assigned to me for testing. When I ask for help on explanation on sometimes they talk in a way like shame/harass me.. how to deal with this. Because of this I'm a little scared and losing interest.

I also read the news on a techie who resigned after crying on call after they harassed. I'm kinda getting dragged in that direction

Start looking for different project relevant to you on jobsgateway.accenture.com

If that is not possible currently, better to discuss your situation with your people lead or manager, that you need support for training and knowledge transfer for the new module.

I only speak based on my more than a decade of experience. If you don't go through this shit now, someday you ll have to go theough it when you are bounded with your family obligations n what not.. Someone who humiliate or bog down you in these initial calls or setup is only because they have more knowledge or expereinxe than u. Don't lose hope , 1st mission is to get that knowledge by hook n crook, going theough this phase. I am no where justifying if it is fine or not. I am only saying you work with indian middle managers who just became managers based on experience or account knowledge. Always have relations with your bosse's boss by having 1 on 1 . Those are generally helpful. Never complain without understanding the team dynamics.. So learn this space and i ll tell you soon you ll have equivalennt knowledge, non complaining attitude to fight these demons and you create right environment. Moving to different project n company means you never finished this chapter and you might have to give this exam again.. So my frn, take a step back, analyze and act accordingly

It's always the majority who miss use this not pertaining to any language. U might had issues with the said language group. All language group are equally responsible. I'm damn sure someone will say they had issues with another language group.

You need to handle this professionally and smartly, this is part and parcel of corporate and even life. You have to earn your respect. If possible even try to highlight your problems to ur manager in professional way
