Trending @Accenture; Mandatory to go to office?
No one from my project is forcing me to go to office but still few people are working from office. I am not working from office as it would impact my productivity. please share your thoughts
Yeah no one is tracking directly but getting mails from PMO to work from office 2-3 days a week.
PMO mentioned in mail that you need to work from office to collaborate with team and meet the project deadlines. I am the only one at my location from my team, with whom I am supposed to collaborate by going to office. 🤷♂️ And its taking at least 2 hrs a day to commute to and fro to office, how its helping to meet deadlines 🤔

I have been going to the office for a year, I really wish to do WFH, I didn't find any use working from the office, just time waste and additional expenses.
For me my teams are segregated in different location so we internally co ordinate and work together. Mostly of us do not go to office. A few do where the leadership are based from. No1care of attendance unless your team is working smoothly and delivering on time.
Leadership is encouraging people to visit office atleast 2x a week. Thoughts it is not mandatory better you ensure you are gng to office. Because if any thing happens with your performance, org will definitely tag your office visit attendance too. So better keep your slate clean.

It's not 100% Mandatory to visit office. But when it comes to promotion or performance .one can use an excuse of you not visiting the office and can't skip your priority .But again, it's not always but there's a chance to do it. So atleast visiting twice a week will be helpful.
Go to office and do interview prep .
My team forced us for WFO 3days a week , other markets in my location have flexibility to do 8-12 days a month but my great team want to do a weekly average.
In my location i am alone , it literally is a waste of time,money and efforts to attend teams calls from office building.
