Is it mandatory to stay 6hrs in office or we can just punch in and out ? Does it works ?

For how many days are you following the 2 hr visit? In project ? For 3days per week and 2hr right?

Yes. In project. 3 days a week , sometimes full week

Yes punch in and punch out after 8 hrs

I think it is not necessary to be inside office as far as I know

I had this question earlier and i have bleow detailsnfrom one the people manager who is my friend

Formula used in the powerbi report is checking for min 4hrs per wfo and additanl criteria to handle mandatory 6hts is checking min 4 days attendance more than 6hts that too initial rows

You must try to have first 4 wfo days with more than 6 hrs and rest is allowed to be more than 4. Else you will get mail
