Trending @Accenture; Mandatory to be in Base Location?

I joined Accenture in the gurugram office but went to collect my laptop from noida and on the workday they mapped it as noida. But all the training and tests happened in gurugram only. Till now no one had any issue where I was sitting now they are asking me to go to noida. Even though the only difference is DDC4A(NOIDA) and DDC2A(gurugram). Is there any way that I won't have to go to noida. My people lead already said it is not in his hands.

You need to ask your manager. Explain your situation to them

Having same situation in my team. You require to be in a location for atleast 2 years to be able to initiate a transfer. Even HR is not cooperating and they are only opening up a few locations at a time to transfer.

This RTO mandate is just like the demonetization scheme of government, no thought has gone into how this theory can be put to action. This is just an inconvenience to the employees and they are happy to let employees manage themselves

Is your project people sitting in Noida, I think this might be the case they are saying to go Noida.

People are there is noida as well as gurgaon. Infact ggn has more people from my project than noida.

Hi bro. Same case as mine. Just ask you manager senior manager and pmo team folks for OIT stating any reason and get it done. Mine got changed will take 1 week max.
