Trending @Capgemini; Mandatory number of days in office
Hi capgemini peeps, I just joined the company 1 week back and just want to know how many minimum number of days we can attend office. Like currently im working in pune and the location is 30 km away from my place. I know about 12 days but how many we can do to not get any notice?
Also my team is in Bangalore so i find no sense in attending office
CG is still not doing like TCS or otherwise companies where they make people come for 5 days. Do basic 6 hours. WFO is being taken very seriously.
12 days or 60% of the total working days is the bare minimum. Many of us our leaving in different states but have to make arrangements and travel to our base location to complete the 12 days. Even my team is scattered across the country and not there in Pune office but that shouldn't be a reason for you to not report to office. I know it doesn't make any sense to report to office when no one from your team is there but try explaining this to the HR when pulled for policy violation
As per policy at least 60% of total working days.
Depends on project, few projects have exception so 5-6 days is enough
