Mandatory In-Person training on Bench (Under RMG)

Hey all, I want to check if this is fine to undergo mandatory in person technology training under RMG.

Any idea if anyone has undergone and faced any issues or it's just a regular thing in TCS. PS - I have been on the bench for about 2.5 months
