Mandatory 45 hours week

Hi Tcs People I have heard that some people have recieved mail from HR thay they have to follow 45 hours week rule? in ofc is it true? or moving forward has anyone got confirmation from HR that they will mandate this as am just doing punch it punch out so it will create a big problem now😂

Not sure if they started counting hours but yes goin forward they will start ..tabhi toh QVA cut kar payenge

I think now practically its not possible! Because most of us working 10-12hrs in flexible schedule,so if it will be 9hrs what will happen post 6pm calls and client calls,they want to switch pre covid scenario but post covid so many changes is there
