Trending @Accenture; Managing work load vs health

For the last few months, the work load and expectations have increased so much. Everyday is packed with so much work and responsibilities.

At the same time, sitting continuously for work comes with so many health issues- back ache, headache, tired eyes, low metabolism, irritation and anxiety. Even thinking to take a break from work makes you feel guilty because you know you will come back to more work.

How do you manage this? How to maintain good health along with working for 10-12 hrs almost every day?

Everyone is replaceable in current world don't take too much load on yourself and the project can't be run by one person honestly
Restrict yourself to work for the time you are getting paid rest can wait till 2morow
I age also been there done this it works like a charm no office calls post 9 hours if needed let them escalate..
