Managing a team of data scientists

I was recently moved to a new team internally inside my organisation to handle a team of 4 data scientists as part of organisation restructuring. I have experience of around 9 years in coding and team handling in software development so I am well aware of all software development lifecycle. I was put into this team as organisation trained me on data science and machine learning for more than 1 year so I can somehow manage understand all nuiances of data science but when it Comes to handling a team what all things I should keep in mind from user story creation and effort estimation perspective?
