Managers with no technical knowledge calling during weekend
Dear members Today I am having week off and my manager calls on ad hoc basics Fortunately I was at home and I picked the call and tried to debug the issue If it's week off do we need to pick such ad hoc calls provided we have other weekend plans Has anyone faced this issue?
I'm in production support project with no leave during national holidays also Only some weekends I'm having leave Then also this guy keeps calling me
And on top of that even if we explain technical details to them they don't understand any technical stuff

Dont pick up the call. Also if possible 2 numbers maintain kro..ek office walon ke liye or ek personal ke liye...hmesha khush rhoge. Also you are not answerable to them after work hours. Zyada kch bole ..saaf bolo mail me likh ke do😂😂😂
