Managers smoke something next level!!

Two of my close friends one is Angular Dev and Another Java Dev., C1 grade.

They both have given equal amount of efforts for the year. The Java Dev resigned! Guess what? He got A band and the Angular Dev got C. Reason - Unknown to all of us. Even the java dev guy is laughing at the logic used...

What are your views guys? Are we missing something or we should ask what the manager is smoking too 🚬?
