I am into an account and a freshie (6 months in account) . They are not giving me any project and neither release. How to get out of it? Pls reply.

Stop waiting. March into your manager's office and demand a project or release. If they ignore you, escalate to HR. Don't sit idle; take control of your career.

I don't know who is my manager... My IOU supervisor is of some other loaction. It's changing every month with allocation. I had a short training but the person who was managing it left the company.
