By when manager has to nominate you to get promoted in the Q1 2026? I have completed the BCEP as per mail I have to complete it by December 31st JL4 to JL5 My manager asked me to complete Bcep when I asked what is left for me to complete to get promoted. But he is on leave now. Should I connect immediately or I have time?
