got a call from my manager to work today (Saturday)& I simply told him I couldn’t make it as today my cousins wedding & it’s out of station anyway he forced me to do so I said I can’t & I don’t even have my laptop with me for that he replied this is very immature of you to not to carry ur laptop as u know our project is in critical stage & blah blah Now plz tell me what should I do can I complain about the word he used for me I’m just an ASE & he’s forcing me like I’m any senior analyst or what

Tell you've ghar ke kam to do. Document it, take ss. If you're put in pip, raise grievance from AST tool. 2 highers levels will be involved. Show them that suddenly he told to work on weekend & on retaliation put u on pip etc
