Trending @Infosys; Managers and HR respond as they please ?

These seniors folks what I noticed is they just respond as they please or fit … is that ok??

I am going through a very bad situation and needed an approval from them for which I shared my situation which was extremely personal and sensitive with attachements on mail that supported my reason

But none of these people even bothered to check on me on how I am doing neither did they even respond !!! Working in such environment I feel personally it’s toxic …
(If it wasn’t me responding to these so called senior manager and hr - I am sure it wouldn’t be the same silence )
