
Trending @Infosys; Manager.is asking me to work without attendance becoz they won't approve exceptional WFH
So, my LWD is in 3rd week of April, i.e., around only less than 27 days are left in my notice period. I also can't relocate to a totally new location (Infosys DC) just for 20 days or less, since I will need relocate again for new job which is nowhere near Infosys DC and much far. The KT has also been completed for my replacement.
I asked for exceptional WFH mentioning the issues. DM say they aren't allowed to approve exceptional WFH and I can go on leave/lop leave instead. But my managers is asking me to work without attendance record.
What should be done here in this situation?

If you are moving back for the first time raise a request for accommodation. Infy will give you 5/7 days accommodation to help you get settled and find a one for yourself. Since your LWD is in 3rd week you can apply WFH for 2 weeks easily and then visit office for 3rd week. Anyways you will be going to submit the laptop so why not enjoy last couple of days hanging out with your team or any other colleagues or just simply enjoy Infosys DCs.

Go nearby DC as per ur available WFH days, i see 12 d in April if same for u , then u need to go office for 1 week only in April, if not possible go for leave. If u take leave u get full salary for day, if encashed u get only basic salary of the day, so make an informed decision
