Managerial round

Hi guys,

I recently completed the Infosys technical round, and tomorrow I have the managerial round. I currently have 3.4 years of experience in Java Spring Boot, with a CTC of 5.9 LPA. I don’t have any other offers yet. How much salary should I negotiate with Infosys?, can I say like in case of other offers "In discussion with multiple companies"

Don't look needy to them, be confident, Fixate on a number and push for it. If HR sounds dismissive, Don't try to even bargain, else, try to move up or down.

Most of Infy HRs just care about their limit and not whether you are good enough to get paid so and so amount.
