My manager used to show and still shows that he respects my work but whenever it comes to giving credit my name is long way out of the light in front of leadership or any client as well. When I confronted him he took advantage and changed me from ftc to poe. I think I should change the job now because in the near future it seems he will bench me or remove me from the team forcefully. Never burn bridges when you exit. At the end of the day your senior leadership doesn't care what you say, only what your manager says matters
