Manager wolf under the skin of sheep

My manager used to show and still shows that he respects my work but whenever it comes to giving credit my name is long way out of the light in front of leadership or any client as well. When I confronted him he took advantage and changed me from ftc to poe. I think I should change the job now because in the near future it seems he will bench me or remove me from the team forcefully. I have a standing offer from another big4. Can any one suggest what i can do so that it will be highlighted to senior leadership regarding his actions as he is not a seasoned manager he is just promoted in 2024 only.

Never burn bridges when you exit. At the end of the day your senior leadership doesn't care what you say, only what your manager says matters

Mention about this in your exit interview. Anyways if you ever decide to come back it's not necessary that he will be your manager again.
