
Manager torturing while giving the KT
I have resigned from TCS and have already got early release from my project and Sept 30 is the last date .. But due to some previous arguments and personal grudges. My manager is interfering during the KT session a lot and highlighting all the silly mistakes . They have assigned a new resource who is new the module and helping that new resource to play email email with me and to escalate me ..
Please suggest what to do ? What max they can do if they got something missing from the past accounts or work that I have done .

Just count and pass days, you need to play. In fact you be more rude with him as anyway he cant do anything when you are about to leave. Daily shout and tell him he doesn't understand and needs to upskill himself. Also keep taking random sick leaves. They will keep saying it's not allowed and we will extend your lwd but that will not happen.

During kt make sure you share very less info, let them come forward and ask you questions and then you start playing around.

Keep calm, share are kt plan over mail for daily meeting. Just try to elaborate everything you are giving kt for. Pass that one hour and in last day that incase of any questions they are come back to you to morrow. You just need to paas days, don't be arrogant, try to calm all days . They might try to get reaction from you but don't have them any reason for it. Rest all will be fine

Your project name or base location ?
Keep calm and listen to him and complete your activities and go out smoothly which is required for you.
Meanwhile copy some where all your project members mails including heads and keep it safe.
Once you go out, send a big mail to everyone how he did to you and some extra points also and degrade him. So that he or she can't stay in that project.

i don't know what to do now ... ?? my manager is saying he is going to give a bad review to HR . They are not going to release me

They can't do anything. It's just a matter of a couple of days. It's an unofficial policy here to burn the bridges. Happend with me as well.
