Trending @Capgemini; Manager threatening with PIP

I joined cg in April and I got into a project in end of April. Now my manager is threatening to put in PIP saying client has given negative feedback. Can someone tell what will be the procedure if PIP is given in Probation period? Is it possible to clear PIP?

Not possible to clear PIP. They will pressure you to resign. Try to sort out with your manger or else look for outside opportunities.

Escalation cannot be the only reason to put someone on PIP. As you mentioned you are new to the CG and Client system, then it can be justified.

Ask your mnager what went wrong for negative feedback. No manager will decide your career. Upgrade you skills and move out .
