Trending @Accenture; Manager threatening to extend Notice Period
I’m on my last 2-3 weeks of notice, during the two month period I’ve taken only 3 leaves, that too due to medical reasons - I’ve broken my knuckle bone on my left hand and I had a dental root canal surgery.
Despite this my manager is low key threatening to extend my notice period even though there is no problem with handover nor is any deliverable being affected.
How do I tackle this scenario, these guys have taken all the fun out of my notice period
SL are allowed,my reportee has taken 6 SL in past 2 months.i don't understand why some leads behave like this I mean extending the NP by 2-3 days what will he achieve?
You’re allowed to take SL during notice period. If things get worse send a strong email to your manager looping DU lead and HR partner.
