Hi all,

I have a doubt, even though we have tl in our team, complex task assigns to me I am SSE and if I ask for help, she won't respond. She just ask what's ur update. And send ur update over email.

What my dbt if she wants to teach me or test me it's okay..but can we play with production issues? I explained my updates and she tells if I had checked everything I wud hv gotten the issue..for 7 hrs I was checking and sending emails with my updates and she was keeping quiet. If there is any complex task she directly assigns to me.
