Manager Sucks..

I am fed up with this toxic manager in this current project. Literally have no value to the work done so far from me... And during appraisal instead of looking after my career growth questions or aspirations ..he was asking about all the interview questions.. he is mentally harassing me... He doesn't deserve to be a manager or mentor.I am in onsite under him and he is also in onsite and sits next to the cubicle and doesn't speak at all.. I need release what shall I do .. can anyone please suggest how to overcome from him
