Trending @Infosys; Manager refused to give exception for ijp
I have completed 2 years in internal unit and now i want to apply for ijp but i am not eligible as I have not completed 3 years in the same unit. But my manager refused to give me exception for the same. How can I convince her for that?

Thought it was 18 months. You can’t convince period. She doesn’t want to lose anyone from her span of control. Only option to quit.

Its 18 months or 3 years? Coz in my case when i tried to apply in ijp it’s showing that i am not eligible coz i haven’t completed 3 years in same unit

Hope you are referring to infosys IL not infosys BP. If it is IL, its still 18 months only and your manager doesnt have any control on it. Infact now stricter rules came and manager cannot hold you citing project demand.
