Manager only allow me to work in project odc only 😐!
Recently I will talk with my manager about to work in same project in nearest odc of my home town , but completely disagree and not allowed me and the HR also not allowed me. So If I will punch the id card and work with my nearest odc without any approval , should I facing any trouble in this case ?
You can do that thing too for remaining part of month,but still you need to report to your project odc at least for a week in a month as you already know that the work mode of 5 day a week getting strict day by day(like removal of Days exception,Linking variable pay plus hikes with WFO index and so on..) hence would suggest follow the one that I told above to be on a safer side for avoiding an escalation from their end which may lead to HR actions..
