
Manager not responding to email from last 2 months
I joined TCS two months ago and I am trying to connect with my supervisor and send him 15+ emails but no single reply from him.
Can you suggest what I need to do in this situation? I need to complain about the supervisor with hr? Or any other process available for complaining?

In Ultimatix enterprise search u will get ur managers manager details. Escalate

This classic TCS manager behavior. They won’t talk to you unless and until they want. Keep sending emails or teams chat simple they won’t listen. Only after 100 emails and only if you write it strongly they might respond otherwise of no use.
I have worked with 3 accounts and the behavior is same everywhere as if they are trained not to respond unless and until it is of importance to them.

Are you sure whether you are contacting the right person ?
Sometimes, a supervisor in Ultimatix may not be the right person.
You can loop 2 level up manager to get the attention.

I tried supervisor 2 and told them to talk with supervisor 1 and add my role in digital profile 2.0

Now I am thinking about looking at the hr also if no response from supervisor 2
