I joined on 2nd sept, and since then I'm trying to contact my project manager, but have been unable to reach him, I tried contact the HR but he's also on leave ... it's been 1 month now .. I have not got any update, but I'm billable.

What to do?

That must be a dummy allocation. You should search for projects or someone will reach out to you with an opportunity.

I think it's Backend Billabilty so you have to wait or search any Other Projects in Wipro.
