Manager not giving leave
My manager is not giving me leave of 3 days as I am having my house warming ceremony. He is saying that what you will do for 3 days just take 1 day leave go to your hometown and come the same day. What should I do now

I took a leave or 3 weeks for my marriage. I am single dba for the whole project there is full dependency. But at the end of the day I got 3 weeks leave. I informed them 3 months back they hired a dba I have given KT to her. I took 3 week leave for my marriage.

Bhai take all 3 days as sick leave. Manager kuch bhi ukhad nahi payega.
