Trending @Cognizant; Manager not approving trutime

I am on notice period, the project manager is not approving the trutime but the timesheets he has been approving . My tru time for 3 weeks are pending for approval now. Will it effect me? I mean will they consider it as absence and extend the lwd? I am not going to office every week in last 3 weeks i total went 5 days
