Manager not approving Exception
My manager is very toxic. She is not approving my exception and not the leaves. Last friday i took a leave though she called me and insisted me to work. Next day my Aunt died and i raised exception for monday. She is not approving even that.
What are my options? I am new to TCS. Guide me.

Tcs is the most toxic among the toxic services industry. In most companies there will be auto approval for sick leaves and earned leaves but in tcs it all depends on your manager. Pathetic. Even for genuine sickness and genuine emergency reasons as yours we need to fall at the manager's feet and beg unfortunately.
