Trending @Cognizant; Manager making me work both shift without pay

As mentioned above, the manager expects I join B shift morning and present in A shift for any additional work, He mentions it's not in call but mails where my info mentioned says I am on call and my number too.

I am not sure what to do as I can't sleep and have to stay online at night. It's really hard right now but I'm sure it will become nightmare later. Also no additional pay. I read in policy that there is 450 rs of additional pay for on call. Please guide.
