Manager is threatening
Hi friends. My LWD is in the first week of November. I was assigned some work which takes good amount of time. My manager is constantly pushing me to finish. He is threatening everyday let's talk to hr and increase your notice period. I'm panicked. Is it possible in case if I couldn't meet the timeline? Is there any way he can harm me?I am trying my best to work
Lol. First time I've heard of a manager saying they'll increase notice period. Esp. when TCS is looking to cut headcount.
Ask them to go ahead, and still don't finish the work.
The project is already drowned. If it was not completed then the company will lose the contract. So he is pushing
No one can increase the NP. Ask him the name of person to do the handover over email informing your LWD.
