Manager is planning to give C band.
Hi all,
I'm new to this group. I worked really hard for WINGS 1, but luck was never on my side. I even cried over this exam because I put in so much effort.
And I finally cleared it last year in may and in November I cleared everything non tech and gave Innovator coding challenge in November. But failed ICC. I was finally getting hopes that I can do something in my life. But I guess it didn’t last forever.
Now, my manager is saying, “Everything will fall into place, don’t worry." But what does he mean by “don’t worry"? I feel like I’m about to lose everything.
I have three years of experience, and I could resign immediately. However, from April onwards, my payslip will show the Ninja designation. How should I explain this to HR when applying for new jobs?
I don't see the part where he mentioned giving you a C band, not sure if you're overthinking through his words or he explicitly mentioned it to you. Plus I don't think the digital pay slip will be considered as a CTC by other companies because they care about your base salary instead of the bonus (Digital).

I have cleared wings in November 24. I got IPF 3.65 and this will be my first annual appraisal. I am afraid of getting C band? Will my supervisor can give me B band becoz this will increase there project cost?

Ipf 3.96 will get rounded off to 4, so high chance of B band only, and every manager/reviewer/HR can see in speed that you're Hi-Talent and also they can see the source, is it through wings 1, or nqt or like that..
No one will cause any harm to you intentionally I feel

He warned me. Why will he do something like this?
