Manager is forcing me to work in technology which I am not interested.

Hello Everyone,

I have 2.3 years of experience in TCS, and I am currently working in a project in line 1 support. Previously manager had asked me to join line 2 support and I have accepted it. But after some KT , I understood that I am not fit for the job . I have told the same to my manager but they are now forcing to continue in line 2. What should I do? Kindly help me on this.

Try to push a bit more. Try to make your manager understand

If still nothing happens, then see if you can talk to HR or somehow get shifted Because after that only option is to look outside. Don't do something you feel you won't do well, it will poorly affect you
