
Trending @Infosys; Manager/HR ghosting on Laptop Submission via Courier. Need advice for a friend.
Hi everyone, urgent help needed. My friend has received his/her relieving date and is currently in his/her native place. He/She cannot travel to the base location for asset submission due to some strict family rituals/marriage practices. He/She informed the manager about this over a call, and the manager verbally agreed that my friend could courier the laptop. The manager asked him/her to drop an email to HR/him to confirm the mode of submission. The Issue: My friend sent the email, but neither the Manager, HR, nor the HR Manager is replying to confirm the process or address.
Questions: Has anyone successfully submitted a laptop via courier from a different city? Is it better to courier it directly to the office (Mailroom)? Is it safe/tracked properly? Can he/she courier it to a friend (who is an employee at the same location) and ask them to submit it on his/her behalf? My friend doesn't want to delay the relieving process. Any suggestions on what to do when HR/Manager stops responding?

Asset return process has nothing to do with HR or Manager
Go to AMS on infosys network (VPN) and then raise laptop return request with valid reason
Then CCD will send courier to your home
If it is a village, then laptop should be submitted to any courier near to you.
All these Instructions will be sent via a email when you raise return request
Make sure you return bag, laptop, mouse etc with laptop
