26moManager has no interpersonal communication skills
My manager comes from a humble background. He’s very smart at what he does. But he’s not a good leader, doesn’t know how to talk to people. Sometimes he ends up throwing tantrums, shouting.
Most of the days he’s passive aggressive.
How do you deal in such situation?

Accept that you can't change people, and have a professional relationship with your manager. Just do what he says, and learn whatever you can from him. Also, staying with such a manager might not be healthy for the long term, so upskill and look out for other projects.

When you are ready to leave, tell him this in a calm manner. Until then, try to be in his good books and ignore the tantrums.
