Manager Giving Threats
I am currently serving Notice Period There is some family emergency situation at my home and I am not able to focus 100% on my work at the same time not able to take leaves Now that manager has mailed to the delivery head regarding my poor delivery as a feedback In the mail it is said consider it a feedback for now and take it seriously else things will be difficult for you going forward What is the worst that could happen Still around 45 days are left in my NP
either you take leave or you give some office 8/9 office hours or take a task and work at your convenience. Otherwise they can increase your notice period
It's against the law. How can they increase notice period.. are we labour ?
I request the author to drag them in labour court and show them the real power of engineers. .. tcs is really shitty place to work

If you are in NP why are you afraid?
Respond them with your problem in your home and say you are giving your best . If they still treaten you. You send email to 1 level above your delivery head.
