I am currently driving 4 hours of drive, logged in morning 6:40 am to 9 am (saturday) I did login and did the work and now he constantly tells me to join buddy I am not at home now I am driving on Highway I don't have laptop? And says if I don't join monday he will schedule a call with HR . What to do about him , I have said to him that I can't be available now , typing this from Highway from a restaurant, worked till late night for last week and then even on Saturday they aren't leaving me .?
Let him schedule the call with HR and let HR also know that he is forcing you to work on weekends which you are not comfortable with.
Bro, everybody manager, HR, they all know. HR will never tell single word against manager. These are different tricks to say goodbye
