Trending @Wipro; Manager for Apprisal?
Hi Guys,
I was working in a project for 2 years and it is now ended and i am in bench for 3 months but just 3 days before I was tagged in a dummy project(They dont need me, just for account sake the allocated me from backend). Now I have to get my appraisal rating. It should be 4 because since we are wims candidate we need to get 4 rating in our final year. Now who can i keep as L1 manager. Can i keep my previous manager as additional manager. Can he able to influence and give me 4 rating? Can i keep my ex manager as L1 manager?. Can i keep my primary supervisor as L1 manager?
Disscuss with ex manager if he is agree to be your l1 raise a request to change L1 because most of the work you done under him so i can be
He is not sure , but i have changed l1 manager to my ex manager and it got auto approved. Dont know what to do now. If i add him in additional manager and keep my primary supervisor as l1 manager,, will i get 4 rating in my ex manager insist
