I am on notice period and they have not provided me any good work also after notice period also they haven't said anything And now they are saying if you don't come to office one day they will deduct the salary also asking me to show what work I have done
Kindly suggest what shall I say to them and answer

@MessyCalendar70
Are you serving complete 90 days notice period, or can we reduce it with paid leaves and buyout option?
Also can you let us know if you have any current offer in hand from another company?

No nothing as such I am taking carrer break due to some personal reasons

I didn’t visit the office during my entire notice period nothing happened. Just submitted my assets via DHL on the last day. My manager stayed silent, and I didn’t bother either. Do the bare minimum, exit quietly. If they try to create hurdles, handle everything over email and keep their manager in CC.

Is laptop submission allowed from any location we are not required to go and also they have asked me to schedule a meeting for discussion of all this What shall I do

Just a grudge of some manager who has been in Accenture since ages I guess. I have seen this trend here. Check the policies with Hr. Keep everything in email - wfo asks from manager, tasks etc

Show middle finger to him, he can't do anything. Changing the last working day is illegal, and ask him to send in email these things and then loop HR saying which HR policy says this.

I dont think we need to go to the office on notice period?
