Trending @Accenture; Manager Avoiding

My manager has completely changed from the day I dropped my papers. He is ignorant, does not bother to reply to my pings or gives one word answers. He was the most supportive person during my 4.5 tenure and has not had even a single issue with me and the one who initiated my promotion a year back. But now he is altogether a different individual. Is this a normal behaviour once a resource drops their paper? Please guide me 🙏

His ego is not allowing him to move on and accept the fact that people will someday look for better opportunities, and he would have done the same. Nothing that you did, just ignore and move on to new challenges

People like you only of you are obedient and compliant. These are ego driven individual who don't grow themselves and don't want you to grow as well. Ignore this and focus on your priorities. Your family and your well being is the only thing that should matter to you at the end of the day. Rest everyone should never be on your priority list.

Why do you even worry about how he behaves. He should be worrying how to get work out of you, during notice period. Just chill and ignore him.

You don't know what they can do when their ego is hurt. There was a time when my delivery manager come's up a plan and some senior dev developed that feature. And they both tested and open that to client disscused more like everything was done and close. But than I found a issue in that code I explained and even point out mistake where it need improvement to avoid that issue. But he was like didn't want to understand at lot more like it was hurting his ego that they created something and his junior find issue. And he kept me in 4 hr long call till 12am mid night to solve that issue in front of him and see if that is happening again or not. What I am saying I can clearly create a bug and work on it next day but he kept me in call share screen and solve it infront of him making me work 3 hrs extra than my usual shift, u understand how these people's ego can make u suffer. Hahaha after that I never point out any mistake won't even try to find. I am like ok in release when problem occur and client will eat you up than I want to see what happen. After that he noticed my change of behaviour and understand his mistake maybe that's why now he will ping me pls do the code review and if any issue pls inform😂😂

I have experienced the same. It's absolutely normal. You will notice day-night difference in their behavior. He is not your blood relative. Stop missing him.
