Manager asking to work in sick leave
Recently, I had to apply leaves for medical reasons. The manager asked me to check WFH possibility with HR. HR refused the request and asked to apply for leaves. Now I'm on sick leave, but my delivery manager is asking me to continue the work even though I'm on sick leave. What should I do?

Ask your manager to first check with HR and approve WFH

That's sick bro... ask your manager to take a sick leave as well..😂😂 he surely seems to be sick asking an employee to work on Sick leave.😂😂
