manager asking me to work as per americas time 1 to 10. should i asking him for shift allowance?

No, according to policy you need to spend at least 4 hours working after 9 pm . Then only you are allowed to get a night allowance. Tcs only provide night allowance and no other shifts are allowed.

That timing official doesn't have any allowances if u r manager is a gud guy he might adjust you for NSA
