Manager asking for MBA documents as proof for resignation
Told my manager I want to prepare for CAT so I'm putting my papers, the manager said to submit her the proofs that I'm going for higher studies.
Is this even vaild ? Shall I ignore or give a fake CAT roll number?
P.S. I've put my papers already after this conversation

In general ,You dont need to provide any reason to resign.
If you ask for an early release, they might ask something like this.

Lol, prove for resignation, just ignore this....not required at all.

It's not required, tell them if they need further details it violation of your privacy

You simply tell I don’t like to work .. so I am resigning the job . What proof he needs for resignation.. irritating fellow

You can resign anytime you want. Don't need to provide any proof.

Always go through the official docs present in HR policy hub , these managers always mislead their team members . Ask for official document in such case.

He has to accept, no exceptions or excuses
