Manager and project HR blackmailing.
My LWD is on Oct 11 2024. I've put my resignation as I won't be able to fulfill RTO index due to personal family reasons and health conditions. I've said this to them both while putting resignation. Now my project HR is blackmailing that my RTO index is less if I won't meet him today he will put me on stop pay. Is this how they treat the person who's about to leave in 10 days. What should I do please any suggestions.

My HR clearance is still not completed. Only 20 days remaining. No response from HR. What should I do now. HR is good only (she helped in 2nd level approval and for my unit change and all) but she seems to be busy. Separation officer asking me to have the HRC approved atleast before 20 days. But HR not replying
