Manager and Lead pressure and threatening on BAND distribution in 2025 March

Its been almost 3 years in Tcs I have been compliant to work in terms of WFO from base location and have been recognised by client and team by the performance. On Dec 15 i left mumbai post discussion with my manager and started working from office from hyderabad considering family financial condition and i was saving nothing at all when in mumbai i think everyone knows expenses in mumbai. Dec 15 to till Feb 15 , its been 2 months only manager/lead they are mentally playing with me and my friend colleague. One more story is that there are bangalore and pune people they worked from base location for max 8 months and they left to their locations respectively without informing anyone and still their base location is mumbai itself. Manager and Lead these both pulling me and my friend but not those bangalore and pune people. Why do they target US. This so called lead involves in all individual privacy matters and comments on girls outfits etc .We should raise a concern on this kind of people.

Ladies and gentleman i would need a solution for my band. For sure i should get A band based on my performance. I mentioned to my manager before leaving mumbai so that it wont impact further and obviously we see there is no concern coming from anywhere. If yes ae should hv gotten emails from HR.We said we talk to HR and akso talk to higher level manager on my project side who raised concern on my wfo from base location. Manager and lead denied to talk to them saying its gonna be a big issue etc. If they ate raising concerns then i should talmtaln to them right. Seems these two people targeted us.

Is it possible. How can i tackle this scenario. For sure im gonna provoke those lady associates to raise a concern on his behavior.
