Manager agreed to release but how to get immediate release?
Hello everyone,
I requested a release from my current project due to the C band. My manager responded with, "We can plan for the same, will discuss with you on the plan once you reach office." I’m currently working from home.
From this, I understand that they are open to releasing me. However, I’m not sure what the “plan” means. Does it imply that they might ask me to continue working for an additional 4–5 months before releasing me?
Some of the senior team members mentioned that, typically, management takes at least 5 months to process a release. But in my case, I’m seeking an immediate release due to stress and anxiety.
How can I avoid being asked to work those extra months and push for an earlier release?
Even if you put papar you have to serve 3 month notice period. Urgent release is not possible because of the project work you have. Only either client don't want to continue with you then only based on last date given by client they will release.
If release you are asking just because of your band then I would suggest disscus with your manager and work on improvement areas in future to get good band. Show them your actual true potential.
If you are not happy with the work or project then constantly get in touch with your manager and take follow ups over mail so there will some evidence. Ask them to give some deadline.
I worked hard in the project and still they gave me c band, so i have asked for release. First of all I don't have much work in the project from past 2 months literally i am doing nothing.
It will be good for me to get a release from the project, join other project and will try to get good band. Atleast i can write wings exam
Let me go to office next month and will see what they are going to say. If they are going to ask me to work additional 5 months. I will try to convince my problems with the project
If you are really getting anxiety, try to get treated. Work on your long term goals instead of silly things like bands. I got continuous A/B bands for past 4-5 years still no use in monetory terms. Try to enhance skill set.
